How did I not know Ruben Fleischer was Directing Gangster Squad?! For those who don’t know Ruben directed 30 Minutes or Less and Zombieland. This is going to be such a great film!

So, I was walking around Hollywood late last night, when suddenly I was transported back in time!!! Lucky for me I just happened to have my trusty camera AND awesome telephoto lens with me. ;-) The real scoop is for the past 4 or 5 nights, “Gangster Squad”, a new feature film out late next year starring Ryan Gosling, Josh Brolin, Sean Penn, Emma Stone, and more… has been filming down the hill from me in front of the Chinese Theater in Hollywood. About every 15 minutes or so you could hear a hail of gunfire erupting from the set as they filmed coverage of a major action sequence of the movie. Took a couple videos too. Will post next.
